The Weldless Hygienic Fitting has been designed for a quick click fit installation which is totally hygienic.

The coupling is easily and quickly demounted whilst the captive gasket enables the coupling to take extreme pressures.

No welds, no grinding, no polishing produces consistency of material.

The smooth surface of the coupling is easy to wipe down whilst the coupling never comes in contact with the liquid being transported inside the pipe.

The captive gasket between the two ends of the pipes creates the perfect hygienic seal under minimum compression.

The .05mm scratch and square ends of the pipe is produced by a simple pre-set cutting tool.
